Founder and Managing Partner

After a decade of lawyering career, Wilkins founded and established Turnip Saragih Partners (TSP). He earned his bachelor of laws from Atma Jaya Catholic University, Jakarta, and has been admitted to the Indonesian Bar Association of PERADI.

Unlike common legal practitioners, he thrives to excel in both corporate and litigation legal practices. Hence, he has extensive experience in handling corporate transactions and business litigation, covering M&A transactions, investment, private equity, project finances, general corporate, environment, maritime, employment, debt restructuring, and commercial litigation. Wilkins represented clients from a wide range of business sectors, such as mining, oil & gas, energy, industry, forestry, agribusiness, shipping businesses and certain prolific individuals.


Febe Gracia Miracle

Associate

Febe is an Associate at Turnip Saragih Partners, focusing her practice on corporate and commercial legal services, providing both advisory and transactional support to domestic and international clients.

She has advised multinational corporations on foreign investment setup, mergers and acquisitions, legal audits, and commercial transactions, representing clients from the mining, energy, and shipping sectors. Her experience also includes sector-specific licensing and regulatory matters, as well as dispute resolution matters, working alongside TSP’s litigation practice.

Febe holds a Bachelor of Laws in Business Law from Universitas Pelita Harapan, where she participated in national moot court competitions. She speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.


Salsa Lukiana

Junior Associate

Salsa is a Junior Associate at Turnip Saragih Partners, where she focuses on mining, energy, foreign direct investment, employment, and general corporate matters. She regularly advises Chinese clients on establishing foreign-owned entities in Indonesia, including securing relevant business and sectoral licenses.

Her practice covers advisory and transactional work, including regulatory and compliance analysis, support on M&A transactions, and dispute resolution proceedings, with prior experiences across tax, employment, energy, bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations, arbitration at several law firms.

Salsa holds a Bachelor of Law from Universitas Diponegoro as a fully funded scholarship grantee, and is a national moot court competition champions. She speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.
